Any pages, features, or deliverables not explicitly listed above fall outside the scope of this contract and will be quoted and invoiced separately before work begins. Additional pages are charged at $100 + GST per page.

This contract includes 2 rounds of revisions after the initial draft. Revisions must be consolidated and submitted together — not as individual requests. Additional revision rounds beyond the two included will be charged at $100 + GST per round.
No specific launch date is guaranteed or implied. Timelines depend on how promptly the website questionnaire and approvals are provided. Delays in providing required materials will extend delivery accordingly. Banana Digital will communicate progress throughout the project.
Once payment has been received, the client has four (4) weeks to provide all required information needed to begin and complete the website build (including but not limited to: completed questionnaire, logo and brand assets, service descriptions, imagery, and booking links).
If complete information is not provided within this 4-week window, the project will be cancelled and no refund will be issued. Should the client wish to proceed at a later date, a new contract at full price will be required.
This policy exists to protect the integrity of the project and ensure the time and resources allocated to your build are not left open-ended. We take every project seriously and appreciate clients who are equally prepared to move forward.
